Seed130 shortlisted for the NLA Awards 2025

We're delighted to share that Seed130 has been shortlisted in the Meanwhile Activation category for the NLA Awards 2025.

Seed130 is a gallery space developed as part of the meanwhile activation for 130 Fenchurch Street. Curated by Futurecity, it hosts a 10-month programme of exhibitions, talks and performances exploring sustainability, ESG, and future thinking.  

The initiative is led by CO–RE for Aviva Investors, with a design team including WilkinsonEyre and Arup, and presented in collaboration with key partners Invisible Dust and Eastern City Business Improvement District. 

Meanwhile activations like Seed130 are more than just temporary projects - they are living laboratories. They create buzz and visibility for new developments while testing cultural, social and environmental ideas that can inform long-term placemaking and design. By embedding creativity early, they build community connections and generate insights that shape more resilient, future-ready spaces.  

Congratulations to all involved – and to everyone shortlisted this year. Winners will be announced at Guildhall on 20 November 2025.
